Project Paralysis

Do you ever get Project Paralysis, when you're zipping along on some project, and then you get to the part where you really need to focus and pay attention, or you need to do some mind numbing calculations but you don't do it? Or something like take the sweater off the needles and measure the damned thing?
And instead of making a small effort at just getting it done...things are kind of .....on hold.

I hate it, but no I don't want to deal with that complicated and tedious stuff, not right now anyhow. Maybe I'll knit some socks, until I get to the heel of course. Cupcake sees nothing wrong with taking it easy.

Cupcake is on a diet. My MIL said that "Wedding Cake" was a more appropriate name for him!

yes. yes I do.
I've recently been trying to figure out how I could have projects sitting for 3 years or more. It's almost always something straightforward, like needing to measure. Poo on that! I think we need secretaries who could do that kind of busy work for us.

I get Project Lock more often...I have too many going on, and I work a little bit on all of them, thus getting almost nowhere on any of them. It's a special talent I have, really. Please feel free to emulate me. ;-)
