The monster mohair sweater is moving along nicely. The back is finished and I cast on both sleeves to knit at the same time.
Problem #1:
Does not work so well to do this with mohair. Very sticky, tangly.
Problem#2:
When your yarn is over 10 years old, and you order some new yarn (just to be safe) - exactly the same - it isn't!!!
I thought all was good when the color was good, but no, there's this mystical knitting detail called "gauge" and it was way off. Plus under the mohair fuzz it almost had a boucle like texture. Not right.
I think I have enough, but that was quite a surprise. When the camera cable returns I'll post some new photos. I think.
